Discovery Bank - Is it a bank?

My credit card was declined on Saturday and I have jumped through hoops following instructions that do not work to get it to work again. It appears as if "someone" decided to pause it. After speaking to 4 different people I have been told that they have no idea what the problem could be and have no idea how long ti would take to get my credit card working again. I had no issues whatsoever when it was with FNB. Maybe Discovery should give up trying to be a bank and leave it to the professional s that know what they are doing.
