Discovery Bank is falling apart

After a long wait I finally got a call from Discovery Bank to sign me up. To finalize the process they requested me follow the instructions on the app. However the app says my number is already linked to a profile. I have called Discovery Bank 5 times on different dates. I have logged the problem several times. I was promised feedback, I was promised call backs. Up until today I can still not complete my registration and when I call in I get the same feedback, they will investigate.
