Discovery Bank is ****

Can someone please tell me how it makes sense that I already have a negative balance for an account I have never used since I opted to set up an account? I've been waiting on my card to be delivered for almost two weeks now and they have already started accumulating charges on an account I can't even use???

I wanted to try out Discovery bank based on ads I seen online as they were making things seem so wonderful based on their marketing but after waiting so long to get my bank card and getting charge after charge for an account I cannot even use, they can forget about my business. There's plenty of other places out there that won't treat their new customers like ****.
