Discovery Bank is *************, don't bank with them!
I have beeeeen trying to close my credit card with Discovery Bank but they have trapped me with me with them so what? They can *****ulently charge me more interest? This is a **** by a supposedly innovative bank. I am so disappointed, I am starting here and next step is reporting them with the FSCA for misconduct because they don't even respond to emails and hung up on me when I called them today. So unprofessional! Whatever you do, DON'T bank with Discovery Bank! You will regret it.

I have settled that amount ages ago and yet my account remains open. I have been trying to get this account closed since the 11th Jan and here you come trying to paint me with a bad brush without an apology even??? Where is the email with the amount outstanding if that is the case????? ****s!!
