Discovery Bank is definitely not worth the hype!

I opened a Discovery Bank account in order to leverage the Vitality Travel Discounts and it is categorically the worst experience I have ever encountered . I requested a name change (to match the name that is registered at Discovery Medical Aid and Discovery Vitality by the way) and after multiple attempts and sending the same documents over and over again, they will not revise my name. I bought an airline ticket via Vitality. The ticket has the incorrect name on it and does not match my travel documents, so I will not be able to board the plane. I now need to cancel the ticket, and incur hefty penalties and repurchase the ticket if I want to continue with my trip. Additionally, the name change has STILL not been processed! The multiple customer service agents consistently promise to call you back and they never do! All you ever get is a reference number that I have wasted months of time trying to rectify a name change?! Discovery Bank is definitely not worth they hype and I will certainly not be dealing with this bank again!
