Discovery Bank is blerrie *****

I had a blue card with Discovery. I never used the card . Discovery listed me by the credit providers stating im a slow payer. I called FNB/Discovery to close the blue card 3 weeks-04 Oct where i paid the outstanding amount of R440.00. Marc Addison from Discovery bank emailed me saying i owe R102.44 and if i dont close it within 3 days i pay an additional funds. The case number [329165. I am so upset. The previous consultants advised that if i migrate to the gold card, I will get a credit facility which was not the case at all.

Now i have bad debt with Discovery bank that i should not have occurred in the first place. Please close my damn gold card account. Remove my name from the credit providers. I will take it further Discovery Bank. You guys did not even start up that long ago and you already messing with lives. My contact number is ***. MY ID ***
