Discovery bank is a nightmare

So I reported that I was ****med at an atm in benoni and the money was coming out while I was speaking to a discovery bank agent. They opened a case for me and referred me to SAPS to open a case, get an affidavit and send all that to that so that they will help me recover the money I lost.

I was then told that they need to check a footage and I was ok with that.

Now I am being told that they went to the place of incident and were told that the footage is not available do to system upgrade or something and as a results they cannot assist me coz they dont trust if its me or not who withdrew the money.

I was speaking to their Agent while my money was being withdrawn, she can attest to that. I went and open a case with SAPS, got the case number with affidavit and sent it to discovery bank. Now is it my fault that they could not get the footage.

They say they dont trust if its me who withdrew the money and after doing all they requested me to do but still they dont trust me.

How do i trust a bank with my money that do not trust me?
