Discovery bank is a ****mer

I have a credit card with Discovery bank with a limit of R750 and I transferred an amount of more than R9000 into the card.I used the credit card with a car rental company.The car rental company refunded the Transactions and Discovery bank was supposed to clear the amounts.I have been querying this amounts since last week Monday and they are taking me from pillar to post. Someone even requested clearance letters from car rental company and I sent them.Documents are saved as PDF and discovery bank claimed that is not pdf.No one is resolving my Query and get excuses every day.

The last person I spoke to was Lindi who was very rude to me #ref ***1.I am so disappointed and disgusted about Discovery bank.I will ask most of my friends to close their accounts with Discovery as I am on a process of closing it.
