DISCOVERY BANK IS A BUNCH OF **********S

THE WORST BANK EVER!!!!

In August 2022 my Fiancé's account was hacked into and all our savings went missing ... R38 000.00 worth's of savings has just gone missing and till today, we still do not have answers for this, no feedback, no communication at all.

We paid our kids school fees from my fiancé's discovery account as normal and a proof of payment was emailed to my fiancé's email address as always, but this time the proof of payment took almost 40 minutes to be sent to the email... long story short, we forwarded the proof of payment to the school only to be told by the school that the proof of payment sent was a ********** proof of payment and that they still had not received the payment for the school fees a week later... we are new to discovery bank, so we obviously do not know how to tell the difference between a legitimate proof of payment and a **** one, this was then escalated from the schools bank to Discovery, which lead to my fiancé's account being frozen by Discovery bank because of this.

When we try query what is going on we keep getting told that an investigator from Discovery bank will be in touch... it has now been a month since this whole incident and still no communication from Discovery bank????? WE WANT ANSWERS for WHAT THE **** HAS HAPPENED TO MY FIANCE'S ACCOUNT AND WHAT HAPPENED TO HIS SAVINGS ?????? WE HAVE KIDS TO FEED, AND A HOUSEHOLD TO UPKEEP.

WE WANT OUR R38000.00 BACK!!!! AND WE WANT ANSWERS AS TO WHO AND WHY OUR ACCOUNT WAS HACKED!!!!!!!!!

I am now starting to think this was an inside job to be quite honest as a ********** case should be dealt with immediately, and that is not the case at all, it has now been a month and still no actions have been taken.

I want our money back and I want answers as to what has happened to this account, I now have to take this matter the legal way, and I will have lawyers involved in this matter due to Discovery Bank's poor customer service and lack of communication.
