Very Bad experience with Discovery , I'm banking with them , Life insurance with them , Savings more then 170K with them , I just tested the grid and borrow only 20K the decline the load of 20k while i have Savings account that has more than 170K , and have life insurance that is more than 2Million with them .. Company that can't give you 20K when i die tomorrow they can give me 2Million.. I this Discovery Banks is a **** , I'm taking all my money away from them .

There is a decline letter available on the bank app that explains the reason for the decline. Should you require further information regarding this, you can contact our credit team by dialing the toll-free number ***. Should you wish to challenge the decline, there is an option to do so on the bank app.

Although It doesn't make sense to even challenge the decline , It's simple I have on savings account more than170k .. I only borrow 20K and there is a decline that I have to challenge, it totally doesn't make sense , While FNB I'm not even banking with them , No savings with them But few month Ago the borrow me One month Loan (Temporal Loan ) Of 10K .. I din't wrote any letter to challenge them all do all of this
