Discovery Bank is ****

It looks like I’m not the only one being ********** by this stupid bank. I’ve always had a Discovery credit card, managed by FNB so now Discovery came and migrated my account to their bank. And boom, for whatever reason I now have another account called “transactional account” which I’m billed for every month irrespective of whether I use it or not. I called Discovery Bank to remove the account and still no action from them. I just spoke to a consultant who just confirmed that the account cannot be removed since Discovery Bank does not have the system to do that. Meaning I’m expected to pay for the account. What **** is that?
