Discovery bank inconveniencing customers

As a long standing customer with discovery bank i am disappointed in your services and i actually would like to close my accounts. I get money in my transaction account and discovery bank just takes the money and pays it towards my credit facility when the amount due is only outstanding at the end of the month. This is inconveniencing your customers
