Discovery Bank Incompetencies

I have been trying to join the bank for over 10 months now without luck. They migrated my CC from FNB when they opened the bank last year then I was told we don't allow foreigners to bank with us so I can not join the bank. Worse they have my money and tell me to just use the online banking platform to view my funds however the mobile banking app they still working on unblocking my profile.

Total ******* I have escalated the matter all year and each time am told sir it's resolved or someone will contact me but nothing ever happens.
