Discovery Bank Incompetence

Incompetence, I received several collection notices for non payment of my credit card although it was paid. When I called them they informed me that I cannot pay my credit card from my Discovery transaction account, I had to pay it from an external account. How absurd.

To compound the incompetence, the debit order to pay the card was set up by the bank themselves.
