Discovery bank incompetant to solve queries!!

i have been struggling for 2 weeks to have 2 payments i made to Discovery to be allocated to my Discovery Bank card. 2 weeks of phone calls ...emails....promises to phone me back which never happens!!!

****** ridiculous!! I want to close my account as soon as this damn query is resolved!!! incompetant people .....i get the same story and then i am told to wait 48hours for the payment to reflect on the account!!
