Discovery Bank has lost my money

I made a 12-month Fixed Deposit investment and the fixed deposit matured on 5 December 2023. The interest of R12,714.12 was due to be paid out on that date. The interest was not paid out and has gone missing. In addition, I can't access the capital amount to re-invest my original fixed deposit. The contact person said they will phone me after 17h00 (working hours) as they can't resolve this. I can't believe how casual this matter has been treated with no immediate solution or response.
