Discovery bank greedy

After receiving bad service, I called the bank to close my acc. they sent a settlement statement of 353 valid until 23rd and I paid 370 same day but these ****** didn’t close my account instead charged be for bank charges for an account that is supposed to be closed, will they be doing this every month expect me to pay charges for an account that’s closed

Stop playing games and close that nightmare of an account pls 👏🏽
