DISCOVERY BANK FROZE MY ENTIRE BANK ACCOUNT AND I CAN'T EVEN BUY FOOD

DO NOT BANK WITH DISCOVERY. Discovery Bank has been rejecting my proof of address for weeks and asking me to provide more documents when I have provided all sorts of proof of address papers from bank statements to utility bills, a body corporate letter and even a police affidavit. I can't leave my house or buy anything that I need including food or transport because Discovery Bank has frozen my entire bank account!!! Every time I call to ask what's happening I just keep getting told that it will be escalated and then nothing happens. I have uploaded countless documents and I'm sick and tired of this bank. As soon as I get my money I'm moving all of my money into another bank account.
