DISCOVERY BANK ***** IS ***** -REFUND MY MONEY-REFUSING TO TRANSFER MONEY THAT WAS **********LY TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT

I have a Discovery account and have also invested money with them, however their service is very poor. THE PERSON IN QUESTION I DEALT WITH IS CLIVE MNCWANCO HE REFUSES TO CONTACT ME AND NOW SIPHO FROM THE DISCOVERY ***** DEPARTMENT. I write this review with dismay, I went to East Rand mall to buy a gift and then realized I have no cash for a parking ticket, I thereafter went to an FNB ATM to draw a R50. Upon transacting my card was stuck in the ATM and I tried cancelling and called fnb the number on the screen the lady on the other end mentioned the ATM could be tampered and I should contact my bank, immediately i cancelled my card on my app, I never left the ATM as i kept on cancelling my card hoping it would come out, I stood there for a few minutes, I cancelled my card on my app twice. I called the security advising him of what had transpired, however after some time I left and called discovery and called the ***** of which they took forever to answer my call, I kept on calling, now they refuse to give back my money R1600 and my account is sitting in a minus, According to friends and family members who had a dispute with various banks were paid out. Discovery don't want to refund me, After some time they mention they will loan me my own money until an investigation takes place it could take over a month. I need my money . They transferred the R1600 and took it back what kind of a bank is this , they think i stole my own money. I have requested them to see the camera footage of how long i stood there and see if i withdrew my own funds. They know how much ***** goes on in this country but they fail to see it, they have insurance on such ********** cases, why not refund my hard earned sweat, this is my salary Discovery, Why don't you refund me. I have never had a bad reflection on my account. I LIKE TO BANK WITH THEM, HOWEVER IF THIS IS THE CASE I MIGHT GO TO ANOTHER BANK AND REMOVE MY SALARY AND INVESTMENT ACCOUNT. MY ACCOUNT IS IN A MINUS, THIS IS UNACCEPATABLE. WE ARE ALREADY LIVING IN A CRIMANAL COUNTRY NOW WE FACE CHALLENGES WITH DISCOVERY BANK
