Discovery Bank Forex Account. I am.disgusted and shocked by the incompetence and unwillingness of the Forex Call centre staff to.assist. My client t in Colerado wired money to.my Forex Account on 22 June . I called 3 times enquiring where the.money is. The *********** call centre agents advised that it is not here. I eventually got hold of a manager also.*********** under unwilling to help. He advised that the money was returned. He was unwilling to call.my client to explain what is needed and he was unable to.send.me a written proof that it was returned. He promised.to.call back. He never did and when I called back.I was advised that he was off duty. Another manager then attempted to.assist but also unable.to. He.advised that he can only send written.proof by 14 00 tomorrow. I had to.make several calls and it took.am average of 45 minutes to wait to.speal.to.a.manager. Discovery Bank.is not equipped to handle forex and their staff in the call centre are all.*********** and unwilling to.help. I am disgusted and I.will not leave this matter until they find my.money.
