Discovery Bank FICA Shambles

Discovery Bank FICA process is a profound mess. I've been asked four times for the same FICA docs in the space of 4 hours - with no feedback possible from Discovery as to the issue. Apparently I should guess as to why their FICA process is not successful. I'm not so sure I'd be in a rush to trust them with by daily transactional banking

I've just been asked to re-submit the same documents a fifth time - It seems you are simply continuing the abysmal process. I think my next interaction will be to initiate a cancellation of any/all medical aid and other financial services - It is very abundant that Discovery is not capable of performing coherent administration - I would hate to have to experience a serious issue like a medical aid claim
