Discovery Bank failure to respond
A few days have passed since I aired my complaint concerning their complete failure to resolve my question regarding interest failing to be reflected on my 12 months fixed deposit. Unlike FNB who responded to a query I had a couple of months ago, the next day, Discovery Bank seems neither to be aware of, or care about, responding to valid queries from their clients.

I have never, in my long experience, had an investment which did not reflect monthly interest albeit the total capital will only be paid out at maturity; your website further allows me to change the option to have interest paid out to Demand Savings. Kindly explain fully.
