DISCOVERY BANK FAILS CLIENTS ! DITCH THEM !
I got my new Discovery Credit Card delivered today, however Discovery Bank fails to activate it online. After many attempts online I phoned and spoke to their support person but according to her nothing can be done to rectify this. The card is useless then and so I will be cutting it in half. Discovery service is so pathetic, no wonder they have only few clients.

21 Dec 2020, 12:35I did exactly as per instructions on the envelope (many times !) and when you failed to activate the card I spoke to your banker Samantha who was unable to assist. What now ?
