Discovery Bank FAIL!
Impossible to get a clear, direct answer from Discovery credit ***** department!! They state a 72 hour turn around time, I have still not been contacted 7 days after the incident!! Calling their ***** line provides even less hope of any resolution- the usual "someone will contact you " everytime!! Closing accounts now the only good option!!
