Discovery Bank

I have had a transactional account with Discovery Bank for two years in November 2022 they offered me a credit car which i took with a principal amount of R21 000 at that moment,My transactional account had an overdraught of R9000 without my concern They allocated funds from my credit card to my transactional account then after blocked my account without even contacting me i called them several times about this issue and all i m told is that they will ask their supervisor and comeback to me which no one does, on the 25th of this month was supposed to make payment and i told them i wont make it due to the fact that my questions are never answered and no one cares to communicate with me about my account but i owe them but still have to follow them up for answers, this is frustrating as it will affect my credit record but i cant be paying an account that somebody has total control of and do whatever it pleases them.
