Discovery Bank - Extremely Poor Service

I have made numerous phone call to Discovery Bank to withdraw money from a bank account I have with them. I have submitted a copy of my ID Book, which they deemed "not valid" I did the same with my passport with the same response. I do not have a drivers license. This means it is impossible for me to withdraw MY money. The documents I submitted is valid since my personal bank accepts it and I have traveled out of the country with my passport.

I would Strongly DISCOURAGE anyone to use Discovery Bank since they are willfully malicious and an extremely Poor Service Provider
