Discovery Bank: Excellent Service.

This is to thank Malehlohonolo (Nolo) Makwakwa for the great service provided.

On Monday, 09 July 2019, I had completed a credit card payment to a service provider but immediately the payment went into pending status. Upon realising this, I called the Discovery Bank to find out what had happened. I was fortunate enough to have been assisted by Nolo, who told me not to worry and advised that all should be sorted out soon. She followed up later on Monday to advise me that the team responsible for clearing payments was looking into this and to hang ten. She then called me on Wednesday morning to advise me that the payment had cleared. She didn't have to do this at all. She went over and above what was required, and this showed me that she kept an eye on my query and didn't move it to another department or another person. The fact that she called back means more than she'll ever know. Thank you Nolo. KEEP UP THE GOOD WOR****!!
