Discovery Bank emigration nightmare

My husband and I have Discovery Credit cards (previously administered by FNB). We are trying to join Discovery Bank, but every time we try to join on the banking app it tells us that my husbands cell number is linked to another user profile (my profile) He contacted Discovery Bank three times and Discovery Bank contacted him at least 4 times now. He would explain the scenario, give all necessary details from both of us and would then request that his cellphone number be linked to his user profile just to get the same outcome. Can someone from Discovery Bank please link his cellphone number to his profile that we can activate our cards??? During the last phone call my husband asked where the nearest Discovery Bank branch is? The consultant rep**** that it is so easy with the app that you won't need to go into a branch. The consultant admitted later that she didn't know where the nearest branch to Paarl is.
