Hi Discovery Bank,

I have been trying to get hold of you guys to get a stamped bank letter in order to switch my salary (HR requirement), but I've spent way too much time on hold. Thing is, I can't even try to use the welcome letter which is in my app inbox as the account number is not displayed on it, so please assist. Also, I have been waiting almost two weeks for my card to be delivered, DSV has phoned, confirmed my details, but they say they have not received the card yet, even though I have received two emails to say my card is on its way. Note that I'll only switch my salary once I have my card.
