Discovery Bank Double Debits - BE WARNED !!!!

Discovery Bank have doubled debited my credit card without crediting the merchant twice.

I have all the proof with bank statements and have followed the complaints procedure.

6 Weeks later later they are now denying they double debited after admitting that some transaction were in fact double debited to a total of R 3500
