Discovery bank don’t want business clearly

I have requested numerous times as an existing discovery client for thier bank department to call me to discuss the benefits of joining the bank and how they in fact work . They have in fact tried contacting me but always at the worse possible time and I have in fact requested an idea time to call of which they promise they will and never do it’s rather poor to be honest
