Discovery Bank Don't Know What They Are Doing

Asked to be called back on-ine, spoke to a consultant for quite some time in order to open a Fixed Deposit account. Installed the app as instructed... and then nothing went as was explained to me by consultant. Tried again to speak to someone, no luck. I now have some or other savings account I don't want, but where is my required Fixed Deposit account ???? Definitely don't want to do business with Discovery Bank - cannot trust them with my money !!!
