Discovery bank, dont bother

After years of being charged the maximum interest that is allowed by law, and refusing to reduce it. I paid off the credit card and on 19 August 2024 instructed discovery bank to close the account.

They did not, instead they sent me an invoice for fees for the month!!! of course any email they send is on a no reply email so nobody can actually respond to them, that is the level of customer service that they offer. Their FB query team could not find me on their system and that was as far as their assistance went.

I want them out of my life for good.
