Discovery bank doesn't care

I'm not happy with discovery bank I made a redrawal of 6,000 which I never actually got the funds only my card came back but the actual funds are never received them I contacted Discovery the advice me that okay the first never came out they are pending so in few days it will definitely reverse back to my account even now I'm still waiting I contacted him twice the first Call I was advised that I'll receive the funds in the next three to five days because the funza pending I will definitely receive them I made a second call I was then advice that I will receive the funds after 90 days the entire case will be concluded after 90 days so I'm not getting any insurance that I will definitely receive my funds back my R6000 back they showed me they don't care about their clients so if you wanna use Discovery bank be careful they don't care about you
