Discovery Bank does not support Debicheck mandate checks

I have been with Discovery Bank since 2019, just after they launched. I was so excited to join this bank and have always had a positive experience. Come this year, they have declined my request for credit a few times, which is fine. But now I am in a situation where I really really need a loan. I have affordability and a good score so I have app**** to other banks. Come to find out I can't get a loan from any other bank as Discovery Bank does not support Debicheck. Now I have to move my salary to a different bank just to get considered for credit. I truly loved this bank, and if they don't want to give me credit that is all good, it's their decision, but why make it so hard for me to get it from anywhere else? I called and the consultant just said the other bank can do it manually. I am so disappointed.
