Discovery bank does not provide most basic functionality.
I cannot find a way to get a proof of payment for a transaction I have made through the website of mobile platform. I have also spent 30 min+ trying to get though to the call centre with no success.

Thanks for reaching out.
To get your proof of payment, you will need to login to the Discovery Bank app or website, click on "accounts" click on the account in question and you will see your transactions.
You will then need to click on the EFT that you made and it will give you an option that says "Proof of payment"

I'm sorry you couldn't get through to one of our Bankers.
The call centre is always the best route to go to for prompt assistance.
I'll take this up with the managers to see what the issue was.
