Discovery bank, does a support centre exists? Bad bad bad service.

So, i was also one of those unlucky ones to be forced to move from a perfectly well manage serviced Credit card to this new unmanned Discovery Bank. With force i mean, if you don't convert, then cancel your card and who cares that i've been with discovery since 2001. It seems like there was a rush launch to get into the banking market. I don't think they have enough support personal and thats why so many hello peter complaints and mine to follow.,

Anyway, the problem. I've tried numerous emails and event escalated to vitality to help escalate to the banking escalated channel but without success. So, part of the banking monthly fee includes Discovery Miles. Issue is my discovery miles premium for the year went off a day before i was forced to convert to discovery bank. I've been trying ever since to get my money back. Discovery, PAY BACK THE MONEY
