DISCOVERY BANK DISSAPOINTMENT

I simply cannot get a problem sorted out with my credit card. I have tried at least 4 times. I am abroad and it seems that no one can call me or has a WhatsApp cell phone.!!!! I feel they have no commitment, just words. Useless!!! Michael
