Discovery Bank - Dishonest & Pathetic Service!

I have been waiting for my credit card to be delivered for nearly a month now. The courier called on Wednesday to make an appointment to deliver at 8 am on Friday (08/11). I waited this morning and nobody delivered it. I then called Discovery to complain and they apologized and set up a follow-up delivery for 4 pm the same day. It's now 8:38pm and my card is still not delivered... nobody even calls with an update. The service is terrible and I was considering moving my entire banking portfolio over to Discovery Bank. Never going to happen now!
