Discovery Bank Disaster

Discovery Bank repeatedly make unauthorised charges to my Discovery Credit Card and to address this I have to phone in ( no email contact) and wait interminably listening to mindless music for a banker to answer my call. I cannot believe that they are still in existence given their poor customer service and ******* charges.
