Discovery Bank disaster

I have been with various other branches of Discovery for many years and have always found them to be top notch in all aspects. Discovery Bank however is a disaster! I have been trying to get my Property points allocated since early October when I sent all the necessary documentation required. Receipt of these was acknowledged but since then I must have spent 5 hours in the phone with the call Centre, probably 15 different calls. Every time a different agent: a couple of supervisors thrown in. Everyone agrees that I should have my points but no one can get them allocated. Absolutely useless!!
