Discovery Bank, disappointing service

Discovery bank presents a professional business putting their clients first. It's a facade.

Since April I've been reaching out to them to reverse a payment I made into the incorrect account.

Today I was they can't and they won't furnish me with the details of person they spoke to at the other bank so I can understand why.
