Discovery bank dilemma

Disc bank has given me the run around.. I have paid my cc in full diff amounts.. As the staff keep giving me a new figure.. Got the letter paid, she said fine.. Then it's been dragged along each time a diff person promise to elevate and get someone to contact me, now they have taken out money again even though I got a later and paid.. I'm not getting any joy for over 6months..tbeey were competent before, since they branched of its a nightmare.. Annoying speaking to faces.. And diff one each time.. Can anyone offer any solutions.. Since there's no office to approach.. Just a voice..
