Discovery bank didn't follow through on promotional offer

I hate complaining about things but I'm very disappointed with Discovery Bank. I opened my bank account with them before 30 November 2024 and spent over R1000 but never received my R1000 Checkers voucher as per the promotion. It's very disappointing. I phoned, emailed and messaged Discovery Facebook but have had no success. So I've run out of platforms to enquire about my R1000 voucher. Discovery should not give us false promises. The one star is for the very friendly gentleman at Discovery Bank when I picked up my card. The rest of the process of getting my card was disastrous as the website isn't as efficient as they claim.
