Discovery Bank debiting my account when card balance is zero

My card is fully paid up but Discovery keeps debiting my personal account. I contacted them numerous times and am always told the same thing... It's been escalated. Its the worst bank to use... Do not give them access to debit your bank accounts. I am still waiting from June for someone to resolve this and every month they keep taking money out of my account. Disguising service from such a large company.
