Discovery bank debit orders *****

Discovery bank called today and said they closing my account. I had no account with them. They said they need my approval to close the account. They say FNB and Discovery Bank use to work under one umbrella before. I said this is a terriable problem. And it's wrong on what they doing. So they linked my account to Discovery Bank. My alert though FNB debit order that has gone though twice. Of R500. And of cause FNB can't help on this regard. Thursday received notification that the balance of the credit card will be going though on the 15 June 2020. They can not give me any other details which I think I have a right to know. Whether you ask questions how and when this whole credit card thing happened they not prepared to answer. How will this reflect on my credit score which is clear. I don't owe anybody money. How would I know am clear with this Discovery problem going forward which they can't answer. These mistakes that is done between FNB and Discovery bank is distruirbing. Somebody has to be accountable with your private details.
