Discovery bank, daylight *******

Please tell me how the hell you can accumulate 16m in bank charges???!!!! I have t used this account for 3 years and now I’m sitting on this amount to be paid are you serious???? Shouldn’t the account have gone dormant or there been a process where they notify you of this? This is the stupidest experience I’ve ever had with a bank, EVER!
