Discovery Bank Credit Card - BAD SERVICE

The worst Bank and service ever! I have been trying to cancel my elderly parents Credit Card that they don't use anymore since MAY, to no avail. We've emailed twice and phoned and spoke to consultants in Jun and July. Was told the last time the request was send they will phone within 3 days to confirm the cancellation. 2 Weeks later still nothing! In the meantime they are still charging monthly service fees - REALLY!!
