Discovery Bank create their own rules which arent consistent wit the law

so Discovery Bank collection Division can do as they please, take money from the cheque account to pay the credit facility without the bank account owner s consent, permission or authorization?? which all this is against Section 124 of the NCA which was ruled at the high court

As the purpose of the NCA was to balance the rights and interests of consumers with those of credit providers, section 124 had at its heart the requirement that the consumer who owes a credit provider money must have a say in and must authorise whether and how set‑off is to be app**** in respect of the various credit balances in their account(s).
