Discovery bank covering *****

Worst customer experience ever, they are covering ***** which was allegedly done by their staff, there was money that went missing from my account on the 26th of june of which they claim it was because i added my card on apple pay and approved of which that is not what happened. the person managed to make transactions without my approval and i am to blame according to them. Firstly they suspected the ***** themselves as it happed midnight and they suspended the card. i went on my in-app autherasation there is no where that shows i gave authority to such payments. the lady whose busy with my case is a lady called nomsa under ***** department and is very rude as well.
